- Daisuke Kōzuki (上月大介) - Bass

When?
2003
- July: Guitar/Vocalist Hiroshi Ohta and bassist Daisuke Kōzuki form a band (along with a drummer who is not important, as you will soon see).
- September: No more drummer.
2004
- February: Knob twiddler and bloop-bleeper Ryosuke “Yoma” Aoki is added to the line-up. Hidari is formed. The current three produce Hidari’s first hand-made mini-album, ヒダリの「ヒ」 (Hidari’s ‘Hi’).
- June: Hidari plays at Gangyo Rock Fest 2 and appears on NHK’s On-Air Battle.
- September: The band completes their second hand-made mini-album, ヒダリの「ダ」(Hidari’s ‘Da’) and appear on NHK’s On-Air Battle for the second time.
- December: Hidari plays at Gangyo Rock Fest 3.
2005
- May: Hidari contributes two songs to Tower Records’ “Tsuuten Kansai Insider Awards ‘05″ compilation CD. Hidari finishes their first hand-made EP, “Hidari Smoothie.”
- November: Hidari plays at Bad News Records event “Shibuya Heart Attack.”
- December: Hidari sells their 1000th hand-made CD.
2006
- February: Hidari puts out mini-album ピタリ! (Pitari!) on YA!YA!YA! Records.
- April: Hidari wins a prize on a TV program of some kind.
- May: Hidari’s Tokyo Tour DVD is released.
- June-November: Ohta and Kōzuki are placed in cryogenic chambers, kept in stasis to preserve their freshness. Aoki vanishes in an incident whose details are shrouded in mystery.
- December: The pair emerges from their chilly cocoons with a compact disc clutched in their frozen fingers. It is 「ヒダリのしっぽ」(Hidari’s Tail), their first album for Tokyo’s Bad News Records. How they could have recorded an entire album while in cryogenic sleep has yet to be explained.
2007
- January: Token white guy Justin Bacon joins the band to serve as gimmick and foreign liaison. Ohta and Kōzuki hope that his foreign allure will help them draw an army of female groupies, thus furthering their goal of world domination.
- February: The trio ventures to Tokyo to play their official record release show.
